@fjb-Trump-WON. Did you have a terrain with a random misfire? I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong with my wife’s 2012 terrain v6. Random misfire

​@@johnsamuels6021Have you figured it out? Because I'm about to replace all the spark plugs and ignition coils. Before that check for any leaks from the cables and check the battery (needs to be 12.6-12.7 while off and 13.7-14.7 while on if not then it's the battery) then maybe replace the fuel filter and last but not least which I hope not is the fuel injector

@@Savrathmith - it turned out to be a broken intake valve spring! That’s only the second time in 45 years that I’ve seen a broken valve spring! The first time happened to my buddies 72 Monte Carlo. Like most young guys back in the day, he put a high lift cam in it. Those springs are engineered to be compressed a certain amount, and the high lift cam compresses them more than they were designed for. The terrain just happened to be a rare defective spring!
