I'm buying a camaro, and your video gave me very insightful information about how to use the stereo, excellent video. Question, when I plug an ipod into the USB will the song titles/ playlists appear on the screen?

Not sure about the navigation maps for Europe, but the Camaro is made and is sold in Canada which also uses km/h so you're covered there.

All u old people need to quit hating. Lmao, touch screen radio is the future. There will be a time u won't be able to buy a car without it. And it does have voice command so NO, I won't be running off the road anytime soon. And why would u want a CD player when u can have 100x's more music on mp3?

you can also by a portable CD player and an aux cord and play it via aux.

Can I ask you a question? How did you get your pictures to display? I have been trying for days. I have pics on a USB thumb drive in jpg format which is a one of the recomended format according to the MyLink website. But I get a message that says, 'Image cannot be displayed' and no other information is given. (2013 Equinox with MyLink Radio) Appreciate any info Thank you.

was the usb plugged in before the car was started? my radio does not read my usb (ipod or flash drive) any thoughts as to why this is happening?

The MyLink does not let you use the picture "slideshow" while driving does it? Is there a way to make it do a slideshow while driving?

The system would be better if instead of having the "call" option to the location (movie theatre, gas station, etc.) you want to go to it had a "navigate" option that would give you directions to said location from your location.

With all these demonstrations, there is no focus on what screens/features are locked out while driving. It'd be nice to see a clear outline of available features while in motion. -Can you select a new station on Pandora off the screen? -Does Pandora continue to play when you get a text and answer it, while driving? -Showcase receiving a text message on the display and how it works in realtime while driving -what exact format to show photos off a jump drive?

I own a 2013 Camaro 2SS, it doesn't have a CD player but it does have a USB port and aux cable jack. I don't even use those I just blue tooth my phone to it

Yeah most cars now have standard USB/AUX input for iPod/MP3 players and flash drives. And not long ago I heard something about music cd's being phased out entirely real soon cause they're a drop in a 5 gallon bucket compared to digital download sales of music. I haven't used a CD in my truck, not even once for the last prolly 3 years since owning an iPod and an iPhone. Sorry old guys, but that's the future... Buy an iPod and load every CD you have onto it.

IT DOESNT USE KZfaq ON MY 2014 CAMARO BUT THROUGH BLUETOOTH IT WORKS SO MOST LIKELY (I don't use iheartradio)

I do not believe so :/ touchscreen is made for connected music, for example USB connectivity for some ipod/mp3 players or Smartphone technology

If you have this model of the camaro then it does not have a CD player, if you get the basic cheaper model it comes with a cd player but no touch screen. This is the same case for both 2013 and 2014, oh and 2015 too.

I get what you are saying. But its just primitive tech now. Especially since you can hold so much more on a usb stick vs. cd and dvd. They are just not putting cd players in cars a much anymore.

unnnnn you didnt tell me anything just about shit that doesnt matter just about airbags i work on cars from what you told me i know you just sell them not work on them what if you wanna take out onstar and the airbags? and just put a nice CD player? and take out the AC and power steering and the steering wheel with all the junk on it.

lol cd players are primitive tech. Notice how you can hold hundreds of songs on a tiny thumb drive. Where as a cd can only hold 15 to 20 standard length songs.
