Jorge, how do you get the color - your car is red? - mine is green metallic so, did you have to repaint it yourself or there is a code of color type, appreciate your comments.

Call the dealer and order with vin number. It will come painted.👍

What if the guts are stuck inside? Will it come out when i pop out the lock? I have plasic broke off inside nearest the lock side.

I had the same issue. For mine, I finally realized the mechanism holding the door handle appears to be adjustable. I was able to get it to move more toward the door. Heard a couple of clicks and then the screw lined up with the new door handle cover hole.

@@jbautista713 I tried K Webster's method and it finally worked, i adjusted it as close to the door as possible and i heard a click and pushed on the lock while using my electric drill at the same time and it went right in

I can't for the life of me get the damned set screw to line back up with the lock!!!

Great video. For those who had issues similar to mine here’s how I fixed it. Issue 1 screw isn’t going into place. Fix- pull plastic piece holding screw forward. The plastic has feet that wrap onto the door make sure they aren’t inside the door itself Issue 2 after installation door still won’t open. This is due to a pin being locked back. You will see an angled piece of metal on the right side hole that pulls down. Use a thin piece of metal to pull it down so the handles grip piece can fall behind it. Hopefully this helps someone

I can tell ya'll if you're lazy like me, it'll cost roughly $170 to have a body shop order, paint and install it. $52 labor for 2 minutes of work. I didn't research the purchase and paint only, but the next one of those pieces of crap breaks, I will. Lol
