Shipping was 2 weeks, quality was great. everything fit perfect. Read Instruction very helpful. Tried to go by their video, which was not greatly detailed. That is why I did this video.

It’s worth noting that you can gently remove the oval caps in the roof from inside the van without damaging them. Can you give a link or list for this product? Great video!

Did you have any trouble getting the beauty caps in? The caps they provided me seem to be 5mm too large

Never had a problem get the caps in but had to undo one whole side to caulk the connectors. Then they where a problem removing them. I burred the caps up doing that.

Try to use a heat gun to soften the cap. Should make the cap more flexible.

Does rainwater get trapped between the fixing points in the roof channel ?

I applied Silicone to all the anchor points and no leaks down into the interior.

What do you do with the screw attachment? Do you snap it of ? They don't say with in structions or tutorial

The bolts that hold the rack to the van. The bolts are rectangle and they go in at 12 oclock and with a quarter turn lock in place.
