Thank you Father George! Best KZfaq introduction ever. It took me two hours start to finish to replace the latch mechanism. Had one issue with the metal rod connecting the exterior handle to the replacement latch. Turns out the new part had the metal rod on wrong. I reinstalled so it was "pushing" down on the latch instead of "pulling" and everything worked perfect. Excellent video!
