love the review I'm on the fence about the 821 or the 1200s I'm liking the weight of the 821 just 398 pounds and the 1200s is 4 pounds lighter than my 17 gsxr 600 which weights 412 pounds and the 821 comes in yellow which I want

I had a 696 is it that big of a difference in power? Also how's first to second gear change? Is it lurchy?

Would this bike be at all reasonable for a first bike? I'm 46, 5' 8", 200 lbs and reasonably responsible

i just can't stand ducati's sound, monster, panigale, multistrada, all has this hollow-y sound in the exhaust note, total turn off
