The test ride of the Central Japan Railway Company Maglev and have experienced a world of 311 mph!
We will start when the video counter is 1:00.
Since most of the running course is a tunnel, please enjoy with the car window view and the front monitor image.
Maglev test ride was held at the linear experiment center in Tsuru City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
About 120 people ride on 2nd and 3rd cars of 7-car train L0 series.
The seat is facing Tokyo.
Firstly from the experiment center to Tokyo, run at the same speed as the highest speed of the Tokaido Shinkansen at 285 km / h.
Although the seat is rotatable, it keeps going to Tokyo direction and travels 500 km / h the first time towards Osaka.
Next, I will go forward for the second time to 500 km / h towards Tokyo.
This movie is a state of running 500 km / h for the second time.
After that, drive at 320km / h, which is the same as the maximum speed of the Tohoku Shinkansen, and return to the experimental center.
It floated at about 160 km / h, it was grounded at about 140 km / h, but each moment was experienced by a change in sound and vibration.
The ride feeling is like a jet aircraft without pitch change.

Before 1964, going from Tokyo to Osaka in train took about 9 hours. When the Shinkansen services started, the travel time was 4 hours. Today it takes 2 hours 20 minutes. With this train, you can connect both cities in just 1 hour and 7 minutes.

In September 1929, the Kanto Region of Japan was a colossal, 7.9-degree earthquake. At this time, the damage caused by the earthquake is over 400,000 deaths and property damage of over 100,000 households, and the Japanese military has to quell these grievances "The Korean people take drugs on the wells, cause fire and riot," and they will spread the testament: this baseless rumor spreads across Japan and organizes the vigilante to make the massacre indiscriminate in the Korean people. At that time, the Kanto earthquake was dead due to the massacre There are more than 20,000 people who have died at the end of all torture.

When I do, I sometime like to take the overnight train, but even on this rebuilt track between Bucharest and Brașov then only run at 120. The rest of the way, well, there are sections of track were it runs at 30km/h, but mostly it's between 50 and 80. If I go to my home town near Deva well there's another rebuilt track section between Teiuș and Simeria, over there they sometimes accelerate to 130 but again the rest of the way they can barely manage 80. And if I go towards Iași, well on those lines they run at 50 or less.

@@BLacKDeVilSUnleasheD Actually MH, Japanese just posted a new world record speed on there new Maglev which reached a top speed of 603 KM/H (377 MPH) not bad considering an airliner has its airport usually about 30-40 minutes from the center of town. The maglev will go center to center. So overall, I think I would take the train over the plane any day. Also, you reduce pollution by over 50-60% which is awesome. Even better, the best is yet to come. As we move forward into the future, who knows maybe we will have trains reaching 600-700km, an airline will only beat it by 200km/h. So give it time.

I heard Japan is now developing 600km/h trains. Approximately half the speed of sound which is also 600km/h @ 375mph. At that speed, it took 6 seconds to cover 1km and 9.5 seconds to cover 1 mile. Compare that to the US, whose trains top out at 75mph, or 1/5th of what Japan is currently planning, or ¼th of the train in this video. Even developing countries now have faster trains.

The US's trains top out at 150mph (241kph). Nowhere near as fast as the train in this video, but a lot faster than 75mph. When California finishes it's HSR project, they will have trains running at 220mph (354kph)
