I must tell you that you are a genius!!!!! A week ago my blue tooth went off. I have did everything from calling the ford help line talking to 2 different people, they could not help. I went to the verizon store to see if it was a setting in my phone, nope that was not the issue. Talked to ford dealership that told me they would run a diagnostic test and if it was a certain board that could cost up to $2000. yike!!!!!! that I was not going to do. I you tube many things to no avail, then I came upon yours and did exactly what you said and my blue tooth came back on and synced. Thank you for this video. I will follow you so much.

Bro still in 2023, I was stressing wondering what the fuck was wrong with the Bluetooth. This fixed it’s 100%, didn’t even know those fuses where under the passenger 😂

I have a 2015 ford focus hatchback , recently lost sync capability January 2022 , i am 68 yrs old an didn’t want to take to dealership for fear of not being treated fair or ripped off, so did what you showed how to do an “ Yes”!!! It worked!! At my age it was still difficult to crawl so low for access to fuse box.I hope it last for a while an want to say Thanks! God bless !!!

Thank you so much for posting!! PRO TIP: MAKE SURE FUSE TERMINALS ARE COMPLETELY STRAIGHT WHEN REINSTALLING. I slightly bent one and radio wouldn’t work. I straightened it out and tried again, FIXED!

I’ve looked at a few of the comments below. Gotta add my name to the success group. BIG thumbs up. I was considering disconnecting the battery to reset. When you mentioned the fuse, I really believed you were on to something. Didn’t even finish the video. BINGO. Time well spent.

So I did the same thing and tried disconnecting the battery and it didn’t work it’s definitely a confusion in the system with the fuse. Happy I can help

Fantastic Fix!!! Had tried everything and believed the Bluetooth transmitter was physically broken. Then found your video and popped the fuse and like magic the Bluetooth was permanently back on and available to pair!! Many thanks.

If its not blow you don't need a new one. Pull it restart car and then shut off car and replace. If you need a new one go to auto parts store.

You shouldn’t have to replace the fuse just pull it and put it back in with the car off that should fix the issue. If the fuses blown you’ll be able to see through the fuse and you’ll tell it’s burnt out

Not a problem. Eventually what happenes with this stereo is a chip blows. On the inside and then the stereo is junk. So think about replacement! Glad to help

I've checked that specific fuse I have a 2012 ford focus se hatchback and I checked that fuse and it appears to be good, I also tried to clean it up a little bit but issue still persist. Should I still tri a new one and check again or what other troubleshoot can you give me please?

Awesome man. I’m happy I could help someone els with this. It drove me up a wall. No my My stereo has just completely stopped working that’s the next video that will be coming out when I figure that out! Lol 😂 I started with a loud scratch noise once in a while. Then more often. Then one day the radio starts shutting off. Here and there. Boom one day I get in radio lights are on clock works no sound . Click it on . It shuts right back off

@@chrismorine5406 ok I selected the My Key feature on accident and it locks everything cant drive and listen to music without my seat belt on, can't turn the volume past 14, can't go over 80mph etc. They said the only way to fix it is to buy another key for $275 and use a second key to turn off the My Key feature.

Thank you for the video on how to fix it but mine when I found the 7.5 under the dash didn't push or pull it's just there. So I'm not sure if it'll be fixed or not. But my sync keeps stopping my music and keeps starting it over. But I can get the button to pull.

Also, mine is upside down on that number for some reason. I also couldn't tell what you actually popped.
