I am at 125,000 miles on my brakes on my fusion hybrid energi, 😅. They still work fine with minimal brake fade… I do a lot of engine braking I guess

im changing the brakes for the first time with 115k miles on my fusion i got with 4k miles because they barely started squealing

Just wondering what was wrong with the Brakes you took off? The pads had tons of life left looking at the wear depth lines on the pads. What was the cost of pads & rotor for the fronts of the fusion hybrid? Thanks for the video.

pretty crazy how corroded my rotor and caliper assembly are. looks like they were an ancient artifact pulled from the ocean bottom after a couple hundred years. ford needs to recall the shit parts they install on these things. seriously, shocked how corroded the framework is. The oem pads themselves looked brand new after 50k, but everything else is so corroded...... its sad they do this to these cars. The metal is designed to fail, not at all protected by enamel. .
