Well., I bought 2017 Elite Acura RDX and I absolutely love it very much. I have all options including heated back seats and folded mirrors. I simply do not understand why some people which buy a car and then complaining about the car they just bought it . In my world I'm doing research on internet other people opinion, then I rent ,and BUY IT !!!

We own a 2017 RDX tech and we love it. The ride is very smooth and it has a bunch of cool features.

my dad used to own the base 2018, kinda basic though nice quiet ride. recently he traded it in for a mdx base 2020 since our family is getting bigger.

I just leased an RDX this week, after leasing the ILX for the last 3 yrs, and I LOVE IT! I want to learn more about the 'bells & whistles' so I don't miss out on any cool features. I was happy with the ILX but it needed some tweaking! Air noise in the widow, load road noise/tires were my biggest complaints. I foresee loving the RDX!

They are not on any trim level.

I just bought a 2017 RDX Elite, it does have power folding mirrors plus they're heated

Great dependable cars. I traded my 2015 MKC for one of these. 30k miles on it and had to replace brake pads, battery, rear shock absorbers clicking noises. All warranty items except brakes but I was seeing dollar signs when it ran out. Glad to get a nice tight car! The opulence of the Lincoln wasn't worth it. The Nav in this car is much better.

No vehicle is perfect but the blind spot monitor should be on the mirrors, not inside the vehicle on the A post.

It's pronounced acura, as in acurate. like with a "Q" sound. not akrua

I bought one a few months ago and have to say I'm not impressed. Rides smooth and braking is great. Steering is very light and cabin noise level is low. However it doesn't feel like luxury at all. I hate the plastic storage on the doors. So cheap. Too small to put anything inside. Seat is not all that comfortable and lo and behold u drop anything in between the seats. Under the seat is just a big block of metal. You will not be able to get it! The stereo system sucks. I was very disappointed. Loved my previous TL. I think of anything if the stereo was better I could deal with it and be happy. Also missing is ventilated front seats in tech package.

I also had a TL for four years, and I think your standards have increased. I test drove an RDX tonight and it was far and away better than I had expected. You compliment things like ride, braking, steering, and cabin level noise, but you quibble about things like door storage and a parking brake which are not even really necessary. Seems Acura has spoiled you :)

MiloniD. Didn't you notice these short comings when you test drove it?? If not, lesson learned when you buy your next car.

I did not notice them because they are not important to me. I think you missed my point. Steering, cabin noise, ride, braking, are all important to me. That to me is luxury. Furthermore, fit and finish, reliability, and active safety features for the money are important as well. I can live with crappy door storage, a tight fit between seat and center console, and lack of an electric parking brake. I found the seat comfort good - the Acura's have always had firm seating, which suits me fine. I'll cede you the point on the stereo - I really don't listen to music in the car too much. Mostly I listen to news and talk.

Rob Jones. thank you. I understand your point better. it's my wife that's interested in the Acura RDX. personally I don't know much about Acuras. I think I can get a fully loaded Santa Fe Sport for a lot cheaper price then the RDX. I thought it was funny, that if you want fog lights, you have to buy the most expensive RDX. a lot of people have been complaining about the entertainment system --the two screens --that it's hard to figure out how it works. did you have any problems with that?? I think if my wife decides she wants the RDX, I would rather leash it than buy it. I hope you enjoy yours.
