Steve takes an indepth look at the 2017 Honda CR-V. He's definitely a "fan" of this popular SUV and excited about all of the changes Honda has done to this latest edition. Take a ride on the wild side with this amazing machine! F.Y.I. regarding fuel economy: 26 city/32 highway/28 combined mpg rating for 2WD LX models. 25 city/31 highway/27 combined mpg rating for AWD LX models. 28 city/34 highway/30 combined mpg rating for 2WD EX, EX-L & Touring models. 27 city/33 highway/29 combined mpg rating for AWD EX, EX-L & Touring models. Based on 2017 EPA mileage ratings. Use for comparison purposes only. Your mileage will vary depending on how you drive and maintain your vehicle, driving conditions and other factors.

I don't know who the hell this guy is... BUT HIS REVIEWS NEED TO BE A THING IN MY LIFE 😂😂😂 Give that chap a medal!!! Also, my ass a CR-V exhaust note sounds like that. It did add to the entertainment factor though. Cool to see my old stomping grounds in a video.

enjoyed the demo looking into one of these or the rav 4 as my next run about as we speak cant go wrong with honda or toyota and they sure have came a long way in the looks dept for sure. hope it will be as reliable as my 2010 civic ,162k miles and still running good for now.

We just bought the 2017 CRV LX AWD and love it! It feels like a premium luxury vehicle. Is this an Acura? comes up a lot in our minds. Great video Steve! The most comprehensive review I've ever seen with this wonderful CUV. Thanks :) P.S. We owned the previous generation 2012 LX before this.

Whew... Two very different vehicles with two very different price points. If on a budget...the CR-V. If money is no object...the Volvo XC90 would do just fine..:) Steve

I just bought a use 2018 CR-V Touring. I noticed i couldn't open the trunk by using the foot. Is it an option to add in the Touring? Or is it standard?

It borrowed a few ideas from Nissan Murano I wish Honda would put a Bose in it and re position the auto T bar and re design the t bar it's out dated and lacks style. A nice clear coat on the black window trim is what people like too. They should survey real buyers like me and other real buyers. It's a good brand Honda just needs a few extra finishes and owner benefits like free servicing package.

One more gripe: you hdve the heated seats for people up north, bu where are the cooled seats for us Floridians and californians? People on thw beach love hondas too! Hope you are listening, honda. And whatnisnbeing done about the oil dillution problem on the turbo?

Canada doesn't get the LX, only AWD models! I have a 05 crv, 278,000kms, runs great still and rev happy. It's a beast in the snow with snow tires!

Steve, you should do a review on the current 2017 Mazda CX-5 because it blows CR-V in almost every possible way. CR-V's 1.5 turbo engine actually unreliable. My colleague is experiencing leaking of the liquid coolant inside the motor oil compartment.

A very good and enjoyable review but seriously, wtf is up with that moonroof? No panoramic?? Every SUV in this class seems to have left out one feature or another that when you think about it should've been obvious to include. I just don't understand the thought process of the manufacturers.

Thanks Steve, I'm in sales and I love your presentation top notch, very few people of your stature out there that can make the process of sales entertaining! I did one time bring a projector (empty shell) that the mfr gave me to do a presentation to a client, to which I took the "projector" and threw it in the garbage "we don't need slides", to which they too enthusiastically applauded to. Thanks for the comment! I hear that from time to time and can understand your point of view. I call vehicles an "investment" because I believe you're investing in the safety of your family, the comfort and convenience of the interior, the usefulness of the cargo carrying capacity, plus the performance and technology you enjoy every day you own the vehicle. Dollar for dollar, I believe investing in the latest and greatest automotive experience is one of the best "investments" you can make and they're getting better and better every year..:) Steve

Honda sucks when it comes to color combinations. For example, in order to have a black interior you must get black, silver, gray, or white exterior. All boring colors that really do nothing for their cars. The nice, vibrant colors get beige or gray interiors that easily show dirt and jean dye, as well as dirt and oil on the armrests. It can be cleaned, but I'm sure the finish will be gone overtime. And sitting on seat covers defeats the purpose of having leather or nice cloth.

I really hate having to "link" my phone. Screw that. I want my phone to charge only. I want my car ready to go with nav separate from the phone. Google maps is lazy on directionality in big cities. Alot of wrong turns as a result. I just really hate smartphones in general
