That sway bar delete looks interesting, and I could see this being quite beneficial as I’m more of a 4-Low type of driver and really enjoy having the wheeler planted on the trails when going through extreme obstacles. I may look into this for my Brute Force, thanks for sharing! Take Care!

When I used to ride my Polaris Sportsman 400 I removed the rear sway bar and really enjoyed the extra articulation and traction. If I wanted to go fast and needed a sway bar, I sure wouldn't have bought a 4wd utility quad! Nice video of all the mods and looking forward to more riding/camping videos when you're ready to go! Just installed the EHS Tuner / AIS Delete on my 2019 and can tell a big difference in the Engine Temp.

So glad you finally did a tuner. I also run the tip also on my exhaust so the engine can breath and not be restricted. It was to loud at first till I stuffed steel wool in the exhaust. My only intentions was for the motor to run cooler. Oh my did it make a huge difference. I have placed block of plates for the AIS on my street bikes but this is so simple. Pull the hose off. Put a rubber nipple on where the hose attaches, then slide the hose back on it. Done. Well mines under warranty so that's why I did it . Can't see it. I am curious to know the advantages to removing away bar. May be something I would like to try. Like I said huge difference.

Interesting. I'd love to try one of those tuners on my Honda, but I'm not a believer. From everything I've read on the Honda Forums, they don't do anything for the Honda's or if they do, it's so minimal that the cost of the tuner isn't worth it. Have you done the air box mod yet? I noticed I had dust getting by so I put the new box on. So far so good. Only have 150 miles on the new box. I'm probably going to do the ais delete since you say it helps with the pop that I cant stand. I have a 19 and I've not done the EHS tuner yet but i love how you showed just how easy it is to do.

I was curious about how your atv feels off-camber/side hill without the sway bar. I like the idea of more rear suspension travel and more comfortable trail riding which i do, but i also hunt in the hills with no trails and to recover game.

Rhetorical question, how different in the highspeed corners did you find it without the sway bar?

The tunner is worth every penny it made my 2020 grizzly 700 run 10 or so degrees cooler and has more power it helped alot I was sceptical at first but it made a big difference on my machine

Can't remove those warning stickers! That's like pulling the tags off a mattress, LOL!! Your quad looks so sweet in camo, nice and clean under those panels too. At the outset of the video, you say that it wasn't really installed to improve performance, but in your comments and replies here, you say that it alters fuel/air mixture, so doesn't that improve overall performance, as well as serving to cool it down? How are you liking the no sway bar? Looks like you messured the lift after removing it. Do you have the before and after measurement?

Has the EHS tuner been working out ok? I haven't had any overheating issues with my Grizzly but as soon as I purchased it I added Royal Purple Ice to the coolant. I'm more annoyed by the popping and faring the exhaust makes when letting off the throttle or descending hills under engine braking.

What years has the exhaust hose connected to the fresh air intake. Is it on the 686, 700 2014 model? Happy new year, Santa already gone so no Merry Christmas this time.

I'm not understanding the AIS part. You took the hose off....What do you do with the rest of the hose? I get that you plug one end but, the vid doesn't show a stub on either end. Can you elaborate more on that. 2020 Grizz I just bought. EHS tuner came today with airbox filter mod. Thanks

Has your grizz ever stalled on you on a cold run with half frozen puddles ? Mine seemed like it wasn't getting fuel that well and then stalled started again but was up and down while on the gas ?I also put that same tuner in and ais block seems to work better definitely less back fire

How does the tuner allow you to run cooler without fan turning on as much? What’s the process?

I have the exact same machine (except in Green) and installed the EHS Tuner and an R2 Tip on the exhaust immediately. Only left them on for a couple of weeks and then removed both. A bit loud with the tip and I lost about 30 kms in fuel range. Now at almost 4000 kms, and bike has run great with no popping on decel and does not seem to run hot. This is just what I found, others may be different. Be curious to know if you find if your fuel economy goes out the window with the tuner installed. Stock I get approx 160-170 kms per tank.

3:59 I think that connector is the intake air temperature sensor.

Check out MrCuervo racing videos on here, he will sell you a block off plate to totally eliminate the AIS, did my 2017 Kodiak, eliminated the solenoid and hose all the way to the airbox. Was pretty easy.

Now maybe just throw some Elkas on there.
