If your trying to get your AlfaOBD installed on your Ram your going to need to watch this video if you have a 2018-2019 to install this bypass cable. If you have a 2013-2017 you won't need this bypass cable. I also purchased the OBS link + which can be found here

the last step is to have an android tablet or phone and download and purchase the AlfaOBD app and pay for the service I think it runs around $50 and you can make changes to the computer of your truck like changing led bulb out, tpms pressure, auto windows down, day time running lights, enable factory alarm, and many many other features. You know it's another way for dodge wanted to make money. They want 50 a year to enable all access without bypass. I work on alot of cars and it's always something or they want more money. If you ever program dodge PCM you will see. It's crazy but always nice to have options for me and future customers. Thanks for video

I have a 2018 2500 Tradesman. Just did the Cluster swap to the 7" EVIC. I assume this is what I need to adjust my mileage and hours.

Good video of the connection. It's irritating as I have a 2023 and big tires. I'm thinking I'd have a fit trying to connect these wires! How does a dealer change stuff? I'll assume they enter a code through the obd. Enjoyed the video.. I was about to get the app and have a fun day, cables nixed that.

I'm looking to tune my 2014 diablo gave me the bypass. Do I just connect the red and black wires and connect my intune too the bypass obd2 ? I no longer use the factory obd ?

Most cables I see online just have the one small connector. Yours has 2. What’s the difference? I have a single and can’t do anything

Hi I have a 2019 dodge ram 2500 that has a check engine light. I was told that i need to suscribe to Auto Auth and buy the 12+8 pin connector so i did but a can't find where to plug them if i buy the sut up that you have will that let me do regular maintenance on my truck thank you

How do you unplug one of the green or white connectors. I’m installing a bypass and accidentally plug them both on the same side. I’m catching hell trying to unplug one connection without damaging something

the plus is not for bluetooth its for Mac users but alphaobd don't support mac or iOS....they all are bluetooth

I did bay the bypass module but for a reason dont allow me to do any change In my new cluster , is not detecting my bypass, becouse it only detects Control unet 2013 to 2017 power net And my truck is 2019 classic. hey man. i have a 2021 ram. i bought the same obd link mx + and i got the bypass cable from kaodtech. i can run a diagnostic on the truck but i cant seem to find all the other things to bypass led lights and other functions. for some reason my app that i downloaded looks different from the ones i see on your video. which app do i need to be able to make changes on the truck?

@@SethRighi actually i figured it out. for some reason when you buy the obdmx + it says to download a different app. but when i download the correct app and pay 50$ for it, then i have access to all the goodies. i was able to figure it out. thanks much

Did u just wiggle the smaller pins out. Im having a little difficulty removing them. Truck is still on warranty and don't want to get question about having the bypass module in and it voiding warranty

MCham08 they un clip really easy you can remove it for the dealers truck is under warranty as well just hit 7k miles
