As always depends on what you ear likes. That being said, Corsa has a elevated opened DB thresh over the Borla systems. Think of it in terms of audio speaker systems. One with the ability to hit higher waves of DB along with lower (Corsa) over the Borla that cannot pass the higher DB waves...Or sonically reproduce them. They tuned them out. Also note with the Borla system you have more blocked back pressure (some love that snap, pop sound but in reality it’s negative flow thus reducing possible HP) over the Corsa set up. The Borla had more pressure build ups over a lower end of the spectrum over the Corsa that when it had them was at the higher end... naturally before the fandom people chime, this all depends on how each vechicles desired pressure and or back pressure desired for every set up is different and usable with the right tuner and builder... In the end Corsa cost more for a few reasons. One they began as a water sport product, that needs specific materials that resist salt water and rusting. Were developed for specific high flow producing environments in extreme conditions over Borla that was more for specific upper end exotic. Hands down a Corsa product will out last a Borla. Regardless both are good and depending on the users desired ear. The younger crowed tends to ,lean towards Borla for a few reasons, cost, perceived sound (like adding multiple sub boxes in a car... yes it rattles but can not produce clean deep sonic waves...difference between a Polk sub woofer and a JL Fantom sub in a Elite theatre)... hands down...extremely rare cases of ANY Drone symptoms in any Corsa application.... Borla has many more issues with buyer remorse due to drone.... even with taking account of those who would never admit it, due to the “if I own or purchased it...it has to be the best and forever better then anything else” simply because they chose it...you know, that old chestnut....you know those people...and whom I speak of...perhaps some who read this and rant over what I posted are examples-of “them”

if my car doesn't have active exhaust and I buy the corsa extreme will it sound different than with active exhaust?

Active exhaust will not work on the basic Corsa system that is around 5 to 700 dollars. If you had active exhaust and wanted to be able to continue changing the sound of the vehicle, you would have to pay over 2k for the system that has the active exhaust wiring configuration.

There’s no body kit on it. It’s bills from CJ pony parts mustang gt (2018) with a gt350 spoiler, aftermarket wheels etc.

I can't find a Corsa Xtreme axleback for the 15 like the 11-14 but the Xtreme catback only what axleback comes on that kit? I have an H pipe I want to run.

Insane Rides I have found plenty of 11 to 14 axlebacks listed as Xtreme. But the only axleback listed for 15 to 17 is Sport and Touring. But there is an xtreme catback kit so I think for 15 to 17 it's just the X pipe that makes it an Xtreme but making sure.

Xtremes are the loudest they make. But i dont know if its just an additional X-Pipe. After Xtreme, Sports are the loudest. Sport + H pipe must make unique growl 🤑. I would like to see a video clip of your car when you make the mod :) I could even use it to make comparison video if quality is good and if you want.

The exhaust, I have since October the Mustang but here in Switzerland they are crazy with noise and pollution regulations.......😡😡😡will cost me around 3.000 Swiss francs to put another exhaust and as to be authorized.....by the way just for example they changed many things on the car. No blinking sequential lights, 3 bars front lights are off, no way to start the car from outside with key holder...etc trying to find a way to change theses things...little by little...
