Boyyyy from @07:39 - @08:20 my favorite part of the ballad. The way the bass drum parts actually sing. They don't just sound cool, they sing! If you pay attention that last bass roll right before the tenors come in line up with the backround crescendo coming from the hornline during the solo. Then you add on the tenors to play some cool dynamics then when the snares come in all hell breaks loose with the loud buzz from the whole line and from there, it just gets funky!!! That is why Paul Rennick it THE BEST percussion writer today!!! Bravo and listen to the singing bass parts.
