Kris, What is the reliability history on the Audi Q7 or compatible SUV? I’ve read, there’s a bad history with electronics. I’m concerned with the Q8, having the new infotainment system. (Brakes, tire and other expensive early repairs and replacements)

I have 2018 Q7 since new. It's mainly been faultless. It had squeaky brake issue. But Audi replaced all the discs and related hardware to fix it.. tyres are expensive. Just hit 20 k miles and fronts need replacing. So wear for the is size vehicle is excellent. It's diesel and does 34mpg easy.. overall it's as good as the reviews suggest.

The interior is dope, exterior isn't all that great.

Great car, but that grill is so ugly !! doesn't go with the premium image in my opinion !! you can see right through it !! You say the XC90 is not special in any way !! am I mistaken ? but didn't you say on your 20,000 mile review of your own XC90, that the interior is only second to a Bentley/Rolls Royce ?? what has happened in such a short time ?

I agree. the front is ugly. I just think for what it is, the car is way to expensive.

If its not in America its not really in the world! America wants a Petro car not this diesel nonsense! The new Q8 is diesel ! For a European market that cannot afford it.
