That's odd...we got as part of our bumper to bumper warranty, the 10000 and 20000 (or 12 and 24 month) free service as part of VW customer care for any VW service location.

It comes standard from factory. Now in 2022 they’re adding a 3rd year as a factory option

I am the very proud owner of a metallic gray/brown convertible top 2019 Final Edition Beetle...I’m 81 years old and I chose this as my last car. LOVING IT!!! If your think it’s a car for wierdos, why are you looking at youtube videos of something you don’t like? You are a jealous wierdo!!
