In this video we take a quick look at the Updated ScreenPad Plus Software which is now available on both ZenBook Duo and ZenBook Pro Duo laptops. The new software is now faster, more integrated and comes with some cool new features worth checking out.

Can't find it anywhere so wanted to ask! When you enable the touchpad mode in the ScreenPad Plus so that the second screen is turned off, it works just with fingers or can you use the stylus on it as if it is a Bamboo Tablet !? So that you can draw on it while directly looking at the primary screen. Could you tell me if it possible !? Thanks a lot

When you turn the second screen into a touchpad, does it have all the features of a regular windows precision touchpad? Two finger right click, pinch to zoom etc?

There is a physical button right above the touchpad.

On the main screen whatever app i am opening it is getting opened in the screenpad , how to close this feature

The app opens in the last open screen. Hence, just drag the app to main screen and then every time you open that app again, it should open back in main screen.

I also have an ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo 15 OLED UX582ZM-H2015X with windows 11.. It happened to me after updating ScreenPad Plus from ScreenXpert 3 !!! (probably an underdeveloped application - as always with updates - the better is the enemy of the good). After uninstalling unfortunately 2 the display still works like a wheelbarrow for screen 1. I think ASUS needs to improve this driver.

After numerous e-mail correspondence with the Asus service, the second finger screen started working yesterday, but unfortunately SPen still transfers the action to the first screen and the lack of View Max, as it was at the beginning.

i recently bought this notebook for work and i already have some issues with it! The secondary screen behaves as a touchpad for the mainscreen . i cannot select anything on the secondary screen without the help of a mouse or the touchpad/numberpad. I made a factory reset 2 days ago and it behaves exactly the same! i made some research regarding this issue but i didn't find anything and anyone talking about something like that. Now i think i have to send it back in service even if i only had it for 15 days. Maybe i made by mistake a hidden command, without knowing it, but i really don't find how to fix it!

You should extend the display for screen 2 I guess since the 2nd act like if you had a monitor

You can download it from the windows store but only works with Asus devices

i accidentally pressed a button and now my touchscreen on my screenpad doesn't work anymore, how could I make this work again? everything I touch or try to scoll on my screenpad is projected on the regular screen.

Right click on screen 1, select display settings, selectscreen 2, select "Extend these Displays" for screen 2

You need to update to the latest version of the drivers and software.

@@knowyourproduct How do I do that ? I constantly checking it up but there is no update can I find the update file on support page or maybe you can help me with a link ?

@@ethembozkurt6999 So, if you are using the UX581 or UX481, that does not get the three finger touch pad mode as well as 4096 pressure points for stylus support. The three finger touch pad update may come later but the 4096 pressure point stylus support is hardware limited.

My Screen Pad touch screen doesn't work properly. When I touch the bottom screen, it transfer that up to main display. Not like the touch pad, but like I'm using external pen tablet. Can you help me? I have Asus Zenbook duo 15 I9, with windows 11.

@@knowyourproduct Nope. If i touch the stylus the main screen is getting touched. And when i drag in stylus the main screen is getting dragged

@@architectpraveen9372 Exactly the same problem. I think it's a Windows 11 problem. Because when I turn off main screen, to use only screenpad, then touch screen is working.

@@knowyourproduct you unbox almost every asus laptop's and I'm certain about its durability, and this asus zenbook duo ux481fl - hj143ts i7 10gen good for students or not......

@@atharvashelke3982 The secondary display hinge has been tried and tested. In any case it is covered under warranty and ASUS does sell 2 years extra warranty as well.
