Chew on this: In 2021, five out of six Ducati riders earned podiums in MotoGP, and five out of five Ducati riders earned podiums in WSBK. In MotoGP, Ducati won Best Manufacturer, Best Team, Best Independent Team, Best Independent Rider, Best MotoGP Rookie, thirty front-row starts, twenty-four total MotoGP podiums, and seven wins. So, just what the heck has Ducati been brewing into their pasta sauce?
Whatever it is, Ducati's funneled some of that secret sauce into the new-and-improved 2022 Panigale V4S. Ducati says it's now faster, smarter, more powerful, and more comfortable. Making for a Ducati superbike just about anyone can ride and instantly go fast on. And for this assignment, we sent Mark Miller - the fastest American at the Isle of Man TT - to put it through its paces.

@@Gy_279 I have zero heat issues after replacing the underseat heat shield with a CF one, and installing the Termi exhaust. Unless its the dead heat of summer, I don't need my leathers.

Mark Miller, who is a very fast racer, who raced in IoM, felt humbled by the MotoGP riders. I don’t think I’d even see Mark’s dust if I were on the same track as him. That really makes me think whether I even deserve to even dream of owning this beautiful Ducati, I wouldn’t be able to use 0.1 percent of what it capable of…

Well, I pulled the trigger and bought a 2021 V4S today. It’s the most expensive thing I bought so far and certainly the silliest. Now I have to wait for the snow to melt and for some relatively warm weather…

Had thought about trading in the 2018 for a new one. But , I feel they screwed up the dash and the gas tank. The tach needs to be round not flat. Love the 2018 gas tank with the legs hooks on it. Helps me stay on the bike.

Honesty is only hard when you say something negative. He said not one thing negative about this bike. Lol. But yeah, kudos on being 100% honest and 100% complimentary. One might say that’s a hard one to pull off, in the real world.

29k miles or 29k kms? Here a multi 1200 2016 or 17 i remember in india one has clocked over 60k kms with valve check done at 50k kms

Sigh. Trust me, I'm bummed I couldn't go. But life gets in the way sometimes. I'm happy Mark got to go for us, though. He did a great job and really enjoyed the whole thing, which obviously helps when the bike is that good.

@@TroySiahaan thought you'd have to be laid up in a hospital bed to miss this one. Glad you're ok, and sorry you missed out. Mark popped into the Mo scene at the right time. Lapping with future world champ like Jorge is a once in a lifetime thing. Mark did a great job in your absence, but definitely looking forward to seeing you on one of these V4s' in a future head to head.

@@Blazemon9999 Thanks, man. I can't wait to put this bike up against the competition, too! And I agree Mark did great. Riding with GP guys is an awesome experience. I still remember riding with Troy Bayliss at the Ducati 1198 intro at Portimao several years ago. That was especially awesome because I asked him to ride really close to me for photos. As I'm riding along behind the camera car I felt a slight nudge on my side. It was Bayliss RESTING THE MIRROR ON MY THIGH. "Was that close enough?" he asked. LOL

You cry poor in the videos talking about the bikes you can't afford, but damn if you guys aren't billionaires in experiences. Great bike... this review though, raised my eyebrows repeatedly. Look at the competition how they do it and learn a few things. This was a waste of time
