Better than my 2015 though it's reliable has way more features and good looking styling. I see Nissan going in right direction with all the new lineups the Rogue has better styling than RAV4 and CR-V.

I REALLY dig the V6 sound of this engine. Even if it is piped in through the stereo speakers. Yeah folks you heard that right and it's no joke. But none the less it's a great sounding vehicle that will save you on gas. Hopefully, it proves itself reliable as well. Too bad Honda didn't add this sound to there CRV i think it would have been a great addition. Most often it's the sound people are missing when going from a 6cyl to a 4cyl or now 3cyl in the case of this Nissan. But with this sound you get that "feeling" back again. And coupled with the turbo you get the power as well. Nice job Nissan.

In gas models - Rav4 is the best car for cash or financing in terms of resale value, but you have to wait for 6 months in Canada. In my opinion, no gas car is worth a wait of 6 months. For Lease, Rogue is the best option because of the ride quality, power,m and huge space. CRV is good option for 2023 since they are doing huge refresh on the outdated model.

I think if Nissan had put an 8 speed naturally aspirated automatic in this thing. Coupled with the same sound the 3cyl produces and the turbo. These would sell like hot cakes even more so. Nissan doesn't have the most reliable record with there CVTS. Only Honda has got the edge on that. And even then there early CRV's 2017-2019 had SERIOUS oil leaking into gas issues. That they finally have remedied for 2021 and up models. So it remains to be seen how "reliable" this CVT and more importantly 3cyl turbo engine will really be long term. I'm pulling for them because it is a beautiful looking SUV. I never buy a car in it's first production year anyway nor should anyone else. Because there is bound to be recalls that just goes with the territory. I usually wait until the 2nd or 3rd year in before i make the plunge on a new model like this Rogue.

Im driving 2022 SV Premium, now completed 1k. In terms of mileage for now its its few short of what mileage being advertised. May be need to drive bit more. Sport mode is super awesome and not too happy about the auto speed mode. Can only feel horse power in sport mode, rest of them are not great.

@@ldyIanl Drive is super smooth and ride quality is great. But i dont feel the extra power as told. Only sport mode is powerful, rest of the modes are bit dull. Booked on Jan 1st week got it in 3 months.

I always see the CVT comments and I always think… I’m I the ONLY dude that has 4 Nissans in the family and not one has given me or my family any type of problem. Me 2009 Sentra 86k, wife’s 2017 Rogue 47k me 2021 Sentra SR 9K mom had a 2013 Rogue with over 100k and trade it in with no issues for the 2021 SV model. Keep your maintenance straight people 🤷🏽♂️ Edit: Oh! And if Nissan brings out a Sentra with a turbo engine I would trade it in a heartbeat!

It's nice to see Nissan making improvements to it's top seller but they have to cut their ties with the CVT! As soon as people hear CVT they turn and run.

@@tomtalker2000 I test drove a few of the different manufacturers in this class and bought the base model. I always recommend the base model in most cases. 1- Fewer things that can go wrong 2- The MPG on the base model is better because the car is lighter. 3- Aesthetically (opinion), the split star charcoal gray rims on the maroon base model fit the car so much better than the cheap generic looking 18's they put on the premium models. 4- No sunroof. I live in the tropics with 365 days of strong overhead direct sunlight... a sunroof just ends up being an occupant cooker. No bueno papo. 5- The silly paddle shifters are WAY more fun than they should be. The CVT is very responsive to up and downshifts, and does a very good job of faking the ratios of an actual 8 speed box. Honestly if you hadn't told me it was a CVT before I drove it I probably wouldn't have even been able to tell. I drove in some early CVT's, this one is definitely not that. Let's hope it holds itself together.
