I've owned this bike since release (bought for my wife to commute) and to be honest the choppy ride quickly subsides as the bike gets used. You are correct, once run in the bike will do 70. The ONLY gripe i have with the bike is that gearing from factory is awful. Upgrading to a 15t front sprocket prevents it screaming at 11k+ rpm at 60-65. The Sinnis (with a hyosung/KR motors built engine) will prove to be more reliable than the FB mondial with the Piaggio lump (valve recession issues if i remember rightly) I do wish this bike was slightly shorter. But i can cope. I'm just short

I was really excited about this bike until I read it had 6 gears, and watching this it does seem they are incredibly short gears. I really want this bike but I've never ridden a 125 with 6 gears that wasn't just a pain to ride. The main reason I want this bike is because I am the proud owner of a 2020 Sinnis Apache SMR and for the most part very pleased with it aside from a few things: * Currently been waiting 8 months for a new rear sprocket to become available (Don't need one and stock is steel rather than soft alloy so not a big issue yet) * Speedo loves to go wacky, sometimes I'm cruising with traffic on a 60 doing an indicated 0 and sometimes sat idling in Sainsburys car park doing an indicated 126. Oh and it doesn't like to display the 5th gear. I see the speedo and dash on this new bike is exactly the same too which worries me. * Steering lock is awful, I get on my little cbr125 and almost did a 360 spin on my drive after riding only the SMR for a few months - fine on the road but like a boat on slow speed maneuvers. * Original battery ended up short circuiting itself leaving me to push the bike 4 miles to my house. * I have yet to work out a way to do the valve clearances without removing the engine, the fuel tank is locked in to the rear subframe and I removed that & the exhaust and still cannot get enough space to perform the service. I bought the bike for £1000 with 1.5k because nobody else would buy it, apart from my issues listed it's rock solid but the fact I bought this and they within months completely abandon it for a new model and take my SMR off of their parts store has left a very bad taste in my mouth about Sinnis. Everything about this new model is what I wanted: full power, the old frame design and obviously a way to easily fit aftermarket exhaust. I'm probably going to buy an old used Yamaha WR125 and give these bikes a miss for a year or two to see what happens. I'm happy with my first Sinnis but also feel short changed even at the price I paid.

the front forks look very stiff, they didn't sag at all when you did the seat height comparison with the other 2

I've got the grey and yellow SMR done 1k miles and topped it out a 73mph down hill, suspension feels completely fine to me but do get a fair bit vibration through hands with summer gloves on. But great wee bike.

It may seem to have a higher seat height due to the stiffer suspension. Quite noticeable in the video.

How about a review of the Fantic XEF 125 & XMF 125 , I own a XEF 125. fantastic bike, latest yamaha engine and arrow exhaust as standard, extremely capable offroad, probably the best learner bike for this.

I had the stop watch out, but you cut way. Anyway, not fast. 22 + seconds to 60. Nice bike, though, but not as nice as your Royal Enfield.
