That XE model looks great too, I completely agree about the hole in the market left by the Yamaha DT125, they used to sell by the shedload, great revue ER!👍

A very good review on what appears to be a well made machine. The engine looks particularly substantial. A few years ago I had a ride on a friend's KTM SMC-R and I just couldn't get on with the riding position or the weird handling. Definitely an acquired taste.

It's fun, but tbh, with your many hours your on the saddle, the seat gets uncomfortable pretty quickly which is fine for the youngens but for folk our age 🤔. It's a fun ride though.

Great in-depth review and visuals. I would have thought the fuel tank would have been bigger then 6.5 litres. That is not going to get you very far even driving economically my scooter has a 8.5 litre fuel tank. I would have thought it would have been bigger 😅

Think with it been close to max of 15hp, its prob got way more potential and power to give if maybe you de-Euro5'ed it , ie different exhaust, no cats ...etc ..

They are a bit outdated now, but it seems like you missed that the Aprilia SX and RX 125 has existed since 2018.

They really filled a void in the market when the japs discontinued their 125 moto and enduro/dual sports. The FB Mondial SMX are essentially the same as the Aprilia SX/RX. Same bike from the same factory with slightly different specs. Try either if you have the chance to.

Yes, but they don't make aftermarket stuff for this bike yet...not sure if they ever will tbh...New dog bones can be made to lower it for sure
