I bought a new daily. It's a 2022 Subaru WRX Premium. The VB WRX is a great new 2.4L turbo charged platform with all wheel drive. There's a lot of value and performance for the money from the 2022 Subaru WRX, but the stereo system leaves much to be desired.
The base and premium trim Subaru WRX come with atrocious speakers that work better as paper weights than playing music. You can get a Harmon Kardon speaker upgrade from Subaru, but they are way overpriced. Instead we show you how to remove your door panels and install your own speakers! I decided to go with Kicker 46CSC654 6.5" (Rear) and Kicker 46CSC6934 6x9" Speakers in the front.
They have way more depth and clarity than the paper ice cream cones Subaru installed with the car.
