Күн бұрын

The Motomillion Panigale V4 SP2 got its first mods! And we did all the essentials to get the bike looking and riding as it should.
That bulky OEM fender? Gone.
The shaky OEM mirrors? Gone.
The naked radiator and oil cooler? All covered up.
And the dry clutch opened to hear it's glorious sound.
Yes, the SP2 received Rizoma Aero mirrors, Dieci83 radiator & oil cooler guards, a TWM fuel cap, the NRC fender eliminator kit, and we installed the optional dry-clutch cover so that the rattle could be heard and seen in all its glory!
If you ask us, these are all the critical upgrades to do on a bike before you even ride it. We WILL NOT ride a bike that does not have the radiator & oil cooler guards installed. And we are happy to say that the Motomillion Panigale V4 SP2 is all set to ride.
With the first mods out of the way, we can make way to get it on a dyno! We've got to get the baseline numbers, so that we can compare once we get the power upgrades done to it.
What do you think the stock baseline numbers will show?
Radiator & Oil cooler guards for the Panigale V4 - bit.ly/3gL3kQY
NRC Fender Eliminator Kit for the Panigale V4 - bit.ly/3GYvwuf
Rizoma Stealth Aero Wing Mirrors for the Panigale V4 - bit.ly/3OQ6OhM

DucatiSpacers throttle spacer kit is a must! Thanks for the videos Manny - I just upgraded my 959 for a 2023 Pani V4S, so this was super useful and timely. I fitted a heat shielding kit to my 959 when it was new and (I think) it helped slightly - have you fitted heat shielding to a V4 and do you feel a difference?

Radiator and oil cooler guards are a must! They can save you from some unfortunate punctures. The fender eliminator kits as well get the bikes looking so much cleaner. For the S1KRR, the carbon belly pan completely changes the look of the bike!

Looks so much better than stock already, just with those few mods. Loosing the license plate holder and mirrors makes such a difference! I know most mods are subjective, but I'm disappointed you went with those thin wing mirror thingys. Those are on my list of top three least favourite mods! Wish you gone crg bar end.. Anyway, can't wait to see what you have up your sleeve for the rest of the bike.. Maybe some Sicom carbon discs to go with the carbon wheels ? Don't see those on too many builds, would go with the overall look of the bike and make for a super sharp steering front end
@Motomillion
@Motomillion Жыл бұрын
We also love the CRG Bar ends mirrors! We have them on the Motomillion Streetfighter 😉 And that's a good idea for the discs. Something to consider 👌

Summit Racing has the best wire connections. Solder and heat shrink in 1 pieces! You just use your heat gun to melt solder and heat shrink in one step!

We use those time to time too, but with such small wires it doesn't work well. Best to solder them regularly and heat wrap them.

When you solder you want to heat the wire and the solder melts on contact with the wire. Not drip from the iron to the wire.
@Motomillion
@Motomillion Жыл бұрын
Yes, and when you have heat shrink on the wire, you want to heat the wire as minimal as possible.
@PEZ1514
@PEZ1514 Жыл бұрын
@@Motomillion True. Although the iron only needs to be contacting the wire for a short moment when they are that thin. I could solder that wire connection in 1-2 seconds. I would try on some trashy part next time this method and you will be making better solders in the future. I wouldnt worry about the shrink wrap so heavily. Anyways love the content. Keep it up.

If you should ever get rear ended, one of the first things an insurance company is going to ask you is, "Do you have a tail tidy on your bike?" Another words, removing the stock directionals can have an impact on whether you are partially responsible for an accident. If a settlement is not reached before going to trial for the accident, a good insurance attorney can use that against you and it could affect the amount of money you receive from a court. The reason the stock directionals are out away from the under tail of the bike is so traffic behind you can clearly see your brake light and directionals. I agree it looks cleaner, but it is not safer to have a tail tidy on the back of the bike. Also, the tucked up license plate underneath the tail of the bike is a ticket in the making. Riders are doing it more frequently now to try to hide their license plate, and eventually, it may cause the law to implement a license plate to be placed on the front of the bike.

Why would anyone spend any amount of money on any bike at all? 😂 Why do we see Ferrari, McLaren as legends? Not into exotics? Why is the JDM scene blowing up? Why do some prefer Yamaha R1s?
