Manufacturing Process
Grech is committed to excellence in engineering and craftsmanship across our entire motorhome line. The Class B motorhomes are renowned for their high quality, beauty, reliability, and longevity. Our 165,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility has production lines that are modeled after the most streamlined and efficient in the world, which ensures that every motorhome we produce is of the highest quality.
Lithium-ion based energy
The Lithium-ion battery system is the most advanced energy storage system available in the camper van world. It replaces the Cummins Onan propane generator and provides clean and quiet lithium-ion based energy that will power your entire motorhome.
The Lithionics batteries are the only UL Listed and UL Tested lithium-ion batteries on the market. They provide a total of 1,260AH (Amp Hours) / 16,128WH (Watt Hours), which is enough power to run the motorhome AC for up to 12 hours on battery power alone.
The integrated battery management software pairs perfectly with our Fire Fly Integrations control system. This system ensures that your lithium-ion batteries are always properly charged and that they are not over-drained.
The 280AMP high output auxiliary alternator and Wakespeed Regulator will recharge your lithium-ion batteries from idle whenever your Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is running. This means that you can always have peace of mind knowing that your batteries will be charged, even if you are boondocking or off-grid.
The 3,000 Watt Xantrax Inverter and 300 Watt Zamp Solar system will allow you to use your 120V appliances and electronics even when you are not connected to shore power. This gives you the freedom to enjoy your RV even when you are in remote locations.

How Long Will My Lithium Ion Battery Last?
-In general, 2000 to 3000 cycles. For most consumers, this translates to 7 to 10 years of service life. The range
exists because real-world temperature and calendar aging* affect the life in years.
-All batteries are cycle tested at nominal room temperature. Operating a battery at higher temperatures will
result in a shorter life. *Calendar aging is a factor based on keeping a lithium-ion battery at high states of
charge for long periods of time during non-use.
-A consumer is wise to realize that a battery is a wear item. Most battery makers create warranties to deny
claims based on normal wear.
TIMBERLINE SYSTEM
Timberline diesel fuel-fired heating system is standard on all Grech RV models. This system takes the luxuries of home to the outdoors with a continuous flow hot water and heat fueled by the Sprinter diesel fuel all in a quiet, clean, and efficient compact package. Timberline is specifically designed for Class B motorhomes.
