The suspension is much better once you adjust the suspension properly. I think the dealers should go over this with the customer before they leave the dealership.....unfortunately, I don't think they know as much as they should.

Also do your rebound adjustment. At the bottom of both shocks. It gets better.

They charge for set up that should have been done before they let you ride off with it, my dealer asked me my weight when I purchased the bike and made a note for the tech

Too bad it doesn't have the electric adjustable suspension, like some other high end touring bikes. I guess you got to crawl before you walk😮
