I grew up in Somerset. Live away now but my family is still there. I will have to put that ride on my calendar. Great to see some good cycling in Kentucky.

Man I wish I had more time when I was stationed at Knox (about a decade ago). Missed out on a lot of cool rides.

Great video! How is your shoulder doing? Looks like you are riding a new bike?

The shoulder is probably about 95% of what it was pre-injury, which I’m pretty pleased with. I don’t have quite the same range of motion that I did. The “new” bike is actually my 10-year old road bike. I have changed out the handlebar recently to give myself a little more rise to accommodate the old shoulder. I hope to do a review on the handlebar at some point.
