太極拳由楊式發展至吳式,是一個進步。成就是教學法的進步。先方拳,唸口号而後學圓拳,先規矩而後成方圓,有好的教學法,才能代代相傳,得其神髓。

if you can teach someone one thing to improve their combat ability its sticky hands. i remember at school teachers used to ask me how can you fight with such long hair(i was always fighting all comers, havnt cut my hair since i hit puberty) id just laugh, i dont need to see my opponent to know what they are doing so long as they are touching me or im touching them i know where they are & where their going

楊氏呂'殿臣一脈，王子和先生傳來台灣，多傳於高端知識份子。慢是練習知覺運動，快是正常反應。30多年前我讀大學時，老師隨便1秒可以打出11有效拳，示範發勁用法，人飛出去是正常的。只是這一脈很低調。在我的認知中，練太極拳是非常、非常、非常辛苦的事，徐先生用意不用力，動作圓䦞連勁，最後收勢時，展現平常練習的標準，只是歲月不饒人，演示時站高架位比較方便。本來不想講的，但看到有些評論(會到懂勁程度吧)實在忍不住，如有冒犯，抱歉！
