We almost had to wait a day at Cuijk, but luckily we arrived just before the Nijmegen Four Days Marches. And today the crowds on the Waal are not too bad. Would you like to follow more boat trips? / @decaniculawatersport

We are Pieter and Marieke and since 2015 we have been sailing through the Netherlands with our motorboat the Canicula. During our first boat trip through Overijssel we went from one surprise to another. About the imposing buildings of Vollenhove, the massive sea lock of Blokzijl, the dike village of Kuinre. Awesome! We have now sailed through almost all of the Netherlands. To show everyone how beautiful the Netherlands is from the water, we make videos of our boat trips and write articles about what we encounter along the way. The Canicula is a St. Tropez cabin cruiser of nine meters long, eighty centimeters deep and over two meters high.
