2024 GAC Trumpchi GS4 MAX in-depth Walkaround
Trumpchi introduced the third generation of the GS4, rebranded as the GS4 Max, in March 2024. This iteration features a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, delivering 177 horsepower and a maximum torque of 270 N·m. Trumpchi boasts a fuel consumption rate of 6.8L/100km under WLTC standards and an impressive range of 800 kilometers. Positioned to replace the second generation of GS4 and GS4 Plus, the GS4 Max integrates the GS4 product line seamlessly.
Externally, the GS4 Max commands attention with its substantial size within the midsize SUV category. Its front fascia is dominated by a matrix-style grille, complemented by redesigned LED headlights with an extended illumination range of up to 150 meters. Offering a choice of four nano-grade exterior colors-Starry Night Black, Moonlight Grey, Superstar Silver, and Snowy White-the SUV exudes sophistication and versatility.
Moreover, the GS4 Max is equipped with GAC’s ADiGO PILOT system, featuring eight L2-level intelligent driving assistance functions as standard. These include automatic emergency braking with pedestrian recognition and protection, forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control with intelligent speed limit control, integrated cruise assistance, lane-keeping assist, lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition, and intelligent high/low beam control.
