Mahindra has finally given the XUV400 electric SUV the feature updates it so desperately needed. While it was always a good car to drive, it sorely lacked a comprehensive suite of features. No more. In the list of updates are a new instrument cluster, infotainment unit, wireless smartphone connectivity and charging, and its pièce de résistance, updated dual-zone climate control, with rear AC vents. The rest of it remains the same -- a powerful motor, two battery pack options, and a comfortable ride. But should you buy one? Anand Mohan answers in this first drive review.
