The base is really all anyone needs for a fun daily driver. These cars are a blast to drive. You can drive this car at 9/10s all day. They don’t break. Good looking, reliable, efficient and fun to drive. Bravo Mazda

Just a pointer, it's not good to hold the clutch down at the light. Move to neutral, hold the brake and then move to 1st when the light goes green. Never hold a clutch down longer than you have to.

I want the Sport (I like the 16 inch wheels!), with lack of sound induction tube, shock tower brace, or satellite shark fin on the trunk lid, but I want the Bose audio and the heated seats of the Club. The ND has the best heated seats I’ve ever experienced and that matters in a roadster.

I hope they keep making Miatas with a manual option until I can afford to buy one. 🤞

My current car is a 19 mustang Bullitt. Big, heavy, loud, not light on its feet like a Miata. But still a 6spd manual, magnaride Ford racing suspension. Actually handles for a heavy car. Maybe some day another miata❤

Just picked up my 2024 GT RF today (with an auto). Unfortunately I already had to drop it back off at the dealership (temporarily) due to electronic issues - likely a bad battery. Learning manual is on the bucket list, but the auto is a ton of fun already and makes more sense for my commute. If I win the lottery, then I'll get a soft top in manual to compliment my RF auto!

I'm ordering one this weekend , but how much force is needed to push in the clutch ?bc I have a bad knee .I'm thinking I'll have to get the automatic for that reason and I'll need to add ASTRO start since the n.d winters are beyond brutal .

I owned one of these for three years. 35000 miles not one issue with it. Best car I ever owned. The wife cannot drive a manual so traded it in for a 2024 mustang with automatic. It isnt half the car and the wife could see how much i hated it. She's looking for availability now on a new Miata.

Nice sounding 2.0 liter 4cyl engine door closed solidly driving a small intimate automobile you're connected to the roads BMW 3 & 5 series use to drive like that

It would be good to hear exactly what you are giving up going with the Sport over the Grand Touring. It appears you get smaller wheels, cloth seats, hard plastic instead of soft touch on the dash, plastic on the top of the doors. All are easy to give up for a few thousand dollars. Are there any changes in the drive train? What else do we not get?

Soul red is a gorgeous color but I'd never buy it, just not into red cars. I ordered my ND3 GT soft top manual in machine gray metallic, which I think is an underrated Miata color. I also think it's worth spending a few grand more for the GT because it has a much nicer interior with many more features, as well as the LSD and Bilstein dampers. I can't wait to get mine, just in time for the summer driving season!

Rudimentary, raw, loud, noisy, fast enough, cramped, only practical for a single person, outdated but proven, and ultimately overpriced for what it is. Sell it anyway with the "fun car" theme, and "wannabe enthusiasts" will buy it.
