Contractors often say that your constructed plans cannot be practically implemented, so you should also mention details like floor top top-to-ceiling bottom height or clear height & staircase details, etc.. . Thanks

With love from Pakistan. Most of your ideas are very well planned. As per your saying that we suggest you to do the ideas. Let's have a look at the two joint plots. Their dimensions are as under. 21.50' * 50.00' 25' * 50' From sides and back , other property. The requirement is that on both plots we need commercial building to rent the bank. Three floors for banking usage and upper floor of both buildings for our own usage. Like an office apartment, two bed with baths, a kitchen, a powder, personal and staff office, a small time gym and a snooker room. You may use upper floor for some extra details And we need separate lift and stairs for our own third and top floor. And we prefer the brick work at facade and our complete private area.
