For a little history, Kuhio Beach is named after Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalaniana’ole, nephew to Queen Kapi’olani. He was the first to introduce surfing to the mainland in 1899 and was a delegate from the Territory of Hawai’i to the House of Representatives. He is the only member of Congress born into royalty.

Pearl Harbor aviation may be built for kids, but I sure won't be able to pull my husband out of there when we visit in July! I commented a while ago saying my family (9 yo, myself 24, husband 25) visiting after talking about it for several years. We finally booked our trip to Oahu for July for our anniversary, and these videos are super great! I look forward to them :)

GUYS !!! greats spots, but for kids, i'm not sure. unless you have teenagers. i was in hawaii twice, and those are true awesome spots. but kids, i'm sorry i have to say no. in my opinion it's much better to wait for your kids to be a bit more mature, they will enjoy hawaii much much better, i know sometimes it's easier said then done, but just my opinon. anyways, for anyone that want's to go first time, really is a good video of really great sports and things to do in hawaii.
