A lot of English learners are already focusing on chunks & collocations to get the most out of their English lessons.
In this video, I'm breaking down what chunks are and why if you haven't, you really want to approach English vocabulary through chunks.
If you'd like me to make a video teaching you to work with chunks, let me know in the comments below.

That's awesome. For the first time I learned chunks. Very important for understanding and speaking. Please be kind enough to teach us more about chunks. Thank you very much for help. I am from Srilanka.

I'm so happy you now know about chunks. From now on you can become a lot more efficient in improving your English. I recommend you to check out my newest video - there I go over a checklist that breaks down an effective way to improve your vocab, and I share more important info on what to pay attention to when you study chunks.

Hello, I hope you are doing well, this video was great and I will use chunks more when I'm speaking English but I have one question, the question is: how to think in the English language? My pronunciation and listening skills are good but my speaking isn't as good as theirs, and I got that for improving speaking skills I have to " think in English " but the problem is this, I don't know how should I do that.

When you learn something new, your brain creates neural connections. Over time, if you practice enough with space between the practice sessions, and if you give yourself an opportunity to use this language in speaking and writing, those neural connections will become strong and those memories will consolidate. That will make it easier to use this information/chunks/rules or whatever. Also, anything you learn is stored in different parts of your brain. To access it, you need a “middleman” = your hippocampus. The more you use this information, the less you rely on your hippocampus = the more automatically this information comes to your mind when you need it. So you need to practice through active retrieval, make sure you space out your sessions, work on the four skills as well as chunks and grammar, practice regularly and look for ways to speak and write using what you’ve learned, and overtime you’ll start thinking in English. Hope this helps!

We would like to immerse deep on this topic chunks. You have been able to cater only peripheral knowledge on the subject in this intro lesson. However it ignites interest and am curious to learn more. Please don't disappoint us with half cooked one, we wish to have a feast on chunks from you. Awaiting more lessons pronto. Best wishes..warm regards Ravindran.. from India

My recommendation to you is to check not just the meanings of chunks you’re using, but also the connotation = the extra meaning. You message seems condescending and rude, even though my guess is that you probably didn’t mean it to come across this way.
