Fitness instructors LaToya and Julius guide us in a 20-minute leg workout and warm-up focusing on stretching your legs and inner thighs, including both standard and modified versions of each exercise. This workout consists of bodyweight squats, front lunges, lateral lunges, loaded calf raises, single-leg deadlifts, and kneeling step-ups-all movements you can do with no equipment right at home! Bruh i'm so fat but i swear to god this workout is easy but made sweat so much and the reason im surprised is I usually don't sweat alot like AT ALL and with this workout not only am I sweating in my legs also over my WHOLE BODY is like DRENCHED!!! I'm so glad I found this workouttttt! (Also while writing this my legs are shivering!!!!)

I'm one with an hourglass figure....I already completed my six packs, my calve liners, triceps and the collarbone even...I just needed some workout for my inner thighs....it worked very well .... thanks a lot ❤️

Love the videos. Curious about where you got your shoes Latoya, they look super comfy! I have a problem when I workout that my feet feel like they’re on fire! No matter what shoes I’m wearing! Any ideas why?

hey quick question to the creators, how many estimated calories would this exercise burn? I know it differs depending on weight and effort, but just on average if you could give me a number range? just because I’m trying to log it somewhere and have no clue. thanks

No it's completely normal for your muscles to hurt a little after doing workouts Because to get stronger you damage your muscles and they will reheal stronger

This workout is incredible! However, the whole time I was a little stressed because they both seem to be leading. It's confusing. I think only one should lead or at least not have two alphas lol. They even interrupt each other and appear to be regaining control. Not sure if that's what they were told or what they decided. I might mute the next time.
