Ingredients:
• Olive Oil - 1 tsp
• Boiled Chickpeas (Chhole) - 70gm (around 6gm protein)
• Boiled Kidney Beans (Rajma) - 60gm (around 5gm protein)
• Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
• Salt - to taste
For salad dressing,
• Lemon Juice - 3 tsp
• Olive Oil - 2 tsp
• White Vinegar - 1 tsp
• Honey - 1 tsp
• Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
• Salt - to taste
• Minced Garlic - 1 tsp
• Sliced Onions - 1/2 cup
• Diced Tomatoes - 1/2 cup
• Chopped Cucumber - 1/2 cup
• Chopped Chilies - 1 tsp
• Roasted Peanuts - 20gm (around 5gm protein)
• Paneer - 50gm (around 9gm protein)
• Chopped Mint
• Chopped Coriander
