This is an evidence-based discussion on 27 habits that I've tried, and I rank them on a tier list based on a number of factors. Some habits can affect one or two areas of your life, but some habits can uplift multiple. Some habits I consider super power habits because not only do they affect multiple areas, but they also help make other habits easier to acquire. I touch on the areas of life that include productivity, work, health, wealth, and relationships.
🙏 Thanks for watching!

Seems simple but people always like to say talent as born to reach the top when in reality being born in a rich family which let's you spend time and develop habits to reach their dream destiny is more important than genetics like most people will hint at in their cope for not reaching their dreams while trying to make people who do feel bad or think their accomplishes mean less just because they had an opportunity and took it as if anybody else wouldn't take a risk free opportunity to reach their dream???

well, for journaling i like using appealing stationary of all sorts, it motivates me to write down all the events of my day and then reflect upon gray areas by the end of the week. Secondly, i feel utmost gratitude while looking at nature or talking a walk in the trees y'know peaceful stuff. It's the best "coping mechanism" or escape for me where I'm able to embrace everything given, and denied to me @@KoiAcademy

Gratitude for me has been the most beneficial S tier habit above all, It has helped with everything in my life and perpetuates and helps with all the other habits. I have a friend who did a 1 line Gratitude journal everyday for the last year, Now he really enjoys doing deep journaling every night and from becoming a more postiive person he got into a relationship and knows how to manage his emotions within it so well because of this practice!

Taking cold showers seems hard but it is easy when you just do it becayse of the feeling you get when you are done and you know you have achieved something most people can't do. If a 14 year old can do it, so can you.

But why would we? I think I can boost my immunity with many other ways, and drink coffe to wake up. Also, taking shower every day seems like a waste of time to me. Taking shower is just a chore i have to do so i take one shower (bathe?) in three days, in most enjoyable way possible. If that had to be cold, i would waste a lot of time loitering in cozy clothes. Heck, it would be a small torture, price to pay for live

@@damlakacmaz8743 You seem like you need it the most. Improvements to your immune system is only a side benefit, and you're correct in being able to supplement in other activities. But, the very idea of voluntarily placing yourself in a uncomfortable position not only unites you as a whole, but strengthens you.
