In this real estate vlog I document my 2nd open house ever. Unfortunately only 1 guy drive by and asked me what the price was without even getting out of his car! I guess that's what real estate is like at times, rejection is inevitable, however I believe with hustle, persistence, education, & patience success is inevitable too. My first open house I did a week and a half ago for a different property had 8-10 people show up and I got 1 lead out of it. I've had a real estate license for 6 years however I've only worked in residential sales for the past couple weeks. However, I currently work on a team that is ranked in the top 15% nationwide.
