That's an awesome 14% contact rate. What dialer are you using? We're using mojo and our contact rate is 1% or less

I love this! Man I wish I could hop on a call with you! I have been a realtor 2.5 years. I closed 50 units $8.4 million my 1st yr. This past yr I closed 74 I think at $9.4 million, I started my own team and within the last month I opened 2 brick and mortar location for my new brokerage One Vision Realty. It’s insane how far you can go in such little time when it’s what drives you!

If I'm doing the math right, 100 expired listings pursued results in 4.5 listing signed. Correct? 100 expireds, 80 conversations, 34 leads, 8 appointments set, 6 appointments met, 4.5 listings signed.
