It's a shame that not enough people understand how complex of a person Tupac was. He was loud and abrasive a lot of the time but he was so much more than that and it feels like most people boil him down to the worst of what he was while he was alive instead of understanding he was so much more.

I've been a die hard 2pac fan since I was 11, and I turn 39 this month. We have portraits of him hanging up in our house, I have the same outlaw tattoo as him so I can always feel his presence... visit his death site every year in Vegas and pay my respects. ITS AMAZING to see his legacy live on. The fact that you just now today heard Keep your head up and reacted that way was so cool to see. Loved it

PAC was a total Gemini. He could make songs like this and “Dear Mama” that tear at your heart but then he could also make songs like “I get around” and “Hit ‘Em up”. The duality of PAC was special. PAC and Big are my favorite rappers,Big being #1, and they were both taken way too soon over some bullshit. Youngsters,be careful with who you hang out with because they are the ones that are going to put you in dangerous positions sometimes and this is what happened to these two artists. RIP PAC AND BIG. I’M 45 years old so I grew up listening to them and my generation really misses them. I often wonder what could of been if they were still alive? Remember Big only put out 2 albums and didn’t even get to see his second album release because he was killed about two weeks before it dropped. I would love if the tracks that Big did with other artists would be released because they are out there.

It's precisely songs like these that separates Pac from so many rappers, past or present. Today we have a lot of rap entertainers who make music solely for fame and income. Pac didn't just rap to entertain, he also educated and gave life talks but did it in such an artistic way that you couldn't help but feel his words. Pac is a true Rap Artist because he did so much more than just rap.
