I bought my 2012 cbr1000rr brand new with zero miles for $9300 OTD. Sickest deal I ever got. I love my blade.The cbr1000rr is thee most refined superbike you can buy. So refined people call it boring. Zero vibes, can't even hear the fan when it comes on. NO HEAT on your legs!

I've got a 2011 and I love it but!... It's severely under-optioned. It only seems refined because it's not ferocious enough to appear otherwise.

+CycleCruza I test rode one on the weekend, holy shit that thing inspires confidence. I love the way it looks too, not too fussy and I like how the hid the steering damper.

nothing to see here It's a well built bike and easy to ride for a liter bike.

Change the gearing on it. These bikes come overgeared to keep the noise down for EPA regulation. Shorter gearing wakes the bike up. 2 teeth on the rear helps a lot.

This SP Blade is the best all round bike made even today in 2018. It can live on the street , do some track days as well and be a more liveable bike than most of the so called big exotics . I ride a MV Augusta and it is a very different beast and virtually a one trick pony. This bike is better than the 2017/18 Blade !

@@michaelmarshall1713 Hello.. .i am considering to buy exactly this model...one question please. I own now a CBR 600 2009, and i don’t like the fact the handlebars are too "UP", and I would like to know if this 1000 has a "racing position". Also, if the VIBRATIONS from the engine are disturbing...because they are in the 08-12 model. I know the engine of this one is different...but i don’t know up to what point about VIBRATIONS . Thanks!!

@@pabloperez4063 The bars are perfect and easy to adjust if need be . Vibrations ??? No way this is the smoothest Blade and In Line Four ever made .

Best roadbike. No slouch. Doesn't have the straight line HP of newer Litrebikes. But a fuckton of bike. I'm a Fireblade man.

I am considering to buy exactly this model....1 question: about the RIDING POSITION >>>I have a cbr 600 2009, and I don’t like the fact that handlebars are, in my opinion, too "UP". I don’t know if this model has a "more racing " position, compared to the 600. Anybody...? Thanks
