Do the puppies ever get caught in the kennel in between the metal bars? Do you also have to have a back up incubator just in case you have a sick puppy? Like maybe one that’s not getting enough milk from mom.

Cheap cages can have flimsy bars leading to a stuck head. Put card board on inside perimeter to block We sell and have one of our incubators on standbye 24/7 first three weeks. Go to www.mybreedersupply.com to get one

Thank you so much for your swimmers puppy videos! I have two flat chested puppies in this litter that are two weeks old today (9/23) and your taping video has already helped. I do have a question. When they sleep their legs will go straight back out from under them but I can tell when I get them up they are learning to get them back up under them. Is that ok? Or should they be underneath them all the time? Also they will only sleep on their stomachs and not on their sides. Will the flat chest still go away as they get more active on their feet?

Should be fine, but if the Flat Chest is developing, then maybe this prosthetic is another solution to add to the taping the back legs

Do you have any tips for splinting bow legs on a newborn puppy? Im struggling. He goes to vet next week but def needs splints. Vet said its common in giant breeds, due to large litter and no room to develop.

No We remove the dew claws for dna sample and so they don’t get hung up later in life. Keep reg claws clipped to save mum from irritation

We were with the liquid form of safeguard start doing that on puppies at six weeks every two weeks there after we also one with parental paomate at two and four weeks
