Fridge 5 meters from the kitchen. I don't know why every house has things like this. It shouldn't be this difficult to properly arrange a floor plan.

This house is beautiful your little black dress is gorgeous on you I will look you up when I come to Chang Mai Thailand to buy a home possibly Thailand laws on foreign ownership questions. It will be a little while I am still researching different locations now it seems like a nice fit and a good area for me to live in Chang Mai Thailand your KZfaq videos are so informative it's a delight to watch your home tours your English is very good thank you so much!❤

No closets, no kitchen cabinets, refrigerator not in the kitchen, no dishwasher, no oven, no laundry area, I didn’t notice the air handler - is there no central air? Beautiful home from the outside but the inside isn’t usable but the host looks 🔥.

I enjoyed watching this house. It seems like a very interesting house. It would be nice to mention the neighborhood. How far is it to the shopping areas. When the ceilings are higher than normal, or the ceilings are angled with the roof; it is called a Vaulted Ceiling. FYI. I enjoyed watching your presentation on this house. Thank you for sharing. It would be nice to mention the square meters of the house and lot.

Nice place, but maybe you can show homes in Thapsakae, because Hua Hin is getting to buizzy for me, and more people feel like going to move a bit more south, its not so far from Hua Hin, and its a bit greener😊

Nice houses, but, it bothers me that they are so close together. If there's a fire it really limits access for fire trucks and equipment.

The architect used for these cookie cutter homes should be embarrassed by the poor design and layout of the rooms throughout the house. No thought given for the kitchen design and essential appliances nor the location of the electrical outlets. Why would you have the refrigerator next to the toilet? Master should always be downstairs. Goofy build.

Why do you call the house "Colonial Style"? Is there such a thing as Thai colonial style? Because if you are referring to U.S. style, then that is NOT colonial in the least.

I don't know who is designing these homes, but, in most all the designs I've seen, they have terrible use of the space; for example, why is the refrigerator in the dining area, and what's up with the room as you walk in? It seems a useless waster of valuable space to me. If the company is trying to sell them to Westerners, I might suggest they have some western architects draw some revised designs. Apart from that, the craftsmanship seems to be excellent!, and this one has a very generously sized living area. I always enjoy your tours, sorry to be so critical, simply making observations.

There are so many things wrong with this house I'm not even going to start listing them. The presenter is easy on the eyes and keeps your attention. The home has you rubbing your eyes in disbelief on how poorly designed and built of a home it is.

Yet another horrible house. A window looking across a road at your neighbours is not a beautiful view. Family house so four people and less room in the kitching than many 1 bedroom condos.
