Jusr discovered your page & really enjoyed the video. The prices of the homes you toured were very nice & the prices were quite reasonable & within the price range that we could afford comfortably. My partner & I plan to retire within the next 4-5 years & we have been considering purchasing a modest property in Flordia & so it was fortuitous that we stumbled upon your page.

I really enjoy your videos you get to the point right away, price tax's hoa. You also do a great job showing the house, you don't spend too much time showing the closets, you show everything and don't waste alot of time on minor details. Beautifully done. Thank you. I am looking for a home in Florida with a pool but I have to sell my house in Arizona first.

I loved the last home. Just looked cleaner with more updates. Certainly had a more spacious back yard. For 350,000 I would certainly add to my list of homes to possibly buy....

I cannot believe I almost bought both of the first two houses in this video but I waited and found something much better in Valrico FL. We were concerned about crime in Kissamee so we passed on the first and I loved the second but my wife didn’t so we passed. You have good taste because those were the only two homes I liked enough to inquire about.

I love the third home the best! It’s gorgeous ! Also the formal living rooms aren’t really formal they are called family rooms/ great room or den. Living rooms are usually the first room in front of the house which no one really goes in, lol.

Love all the home's #3 was one of my favorites I loved the fenced in yard gives you more privacy. I'm actually moving in 2 weeks looking in the Kissimmee area. Looking to rent it will be my first time relocating anywhere from ct. I need some pointers.

Like the pool on the 1st house. Like the out door kitchen on the 3rd home. Would be high electric bills for in land homes in Florida since the humidity is excruciating during the summer months.

The carpeting doesn't need replacement, Just rent a carpet shampooer and shampoo the carpeting,easy fix, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the house.

When a house is in foreclosure do you have to pay cash for that property? Do you sell pool homes in any other areas of Florida? An area like Port St. Lucie, Jacksonville or Cape Coral areas?
