When the days are hot, cooking dinner can be a struggle, but it's important to eat well every day to prevent summer fatigue.
So this time, I've come up with a menu that can be made quickly by combining vegetables with meat and fish 😃
This is a recommended menu for the hot and humid season, so I hope it will be helpful for you when deciding on a menu 💕

▶Day 1 menu
Pork chop
Cucumber and seaweed salad
Umeboshi and small sardine cold tofu
Shimeji mushroom miso soup

By pre-microwaving the onion, you can shorten the frying time! The pork was also soft and not overcooked.

Mackerel in aromatic sauce
Komatsuna and thin fried tofu stew
Tomato

Since the mackerel will be covered in aromatic sauce, it only takes about 10 minutes to season it. ^ ^
When the color is brown, adding chopped tomatoes will improve the balance of the bowl.

Fried tofu and minced meat with sweet and spicy miso
Pickled cucumber in white dashi
Salad
Miso soup with wakame seaweed and beaten egg

Meat is minced meat and vegetables are bean sprouts, both of which don't require much cutting, making them a staple ingredient in time-saving recipes!
The miso flavor is sweeter and spicier than it looks, and it goes well with rice.

Since this is home cooking, there are some rough parts, but
I hope you will use it as a reference for the volume.
📝Menu for Day 1
[Pork chops]
200g pork
┗Salt and pepper, a little
┗1 tablespoon sake
┗Potato starch, appropriate amount
1 onion
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
📝Menu for Day 2
[Mackerel with aromatic sauce]
4 pieces of mackerel (cut into 3 pieces)
┗1 teaspoon sake
┗1 teaspoon soy sauce
┗Potato starch, appropriate amount
White onion, about 10cm
1 tablespoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons vinegar
[Komatsuna and thin fried tofu stew]
1 bag of komatsuna
1 thin fried tofu
1/2 pack of shimeji mushrooms
100g beef
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sugar
200ml water
1/2 teaspoon granulated soup stock
📝Day 3 menu
[Sweet and spicy miso stir-fry of deep-fried tofu and minced meat]
1 pack deep-fried tofu
200g mixed minced meat
1 bag bean sprouts
1 tablespoon miso
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon mirin
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
[Chopped cucumber with white soup stock]
1 cucumber
1 tablespoon or more white soup stock
2 pinches of sugar
(*Adjust the amount of white soup stock up to about 2 tablespoons depending on the size of the cucumber)

こんばんは♪まいにち暑いですね😅体が暑さに慣れてないから我が家は体冷やす役割のキューリ食べてます😅😅先日も以前の動画にあった大葉入りエビはんぺん焼き作ったらまだまだ大好評でまた作ってとはんぺん嫌いな子供もおかわりと、。、あっさりしてて美味しかったです。ありがとうございます。これからもいろいろ参考に作ります。

早速ポークチョップと小松菜と薄揚げの煮物作りました。簡単に作れて、味付けも褒められて😊いつも クックドゥとか市販の味付けで済ませてるけど、これも簡単に出来て美味しいので有難いです❤
