I'm surprised the girl in the third story doesn't turn out to be someone who lured him into a trap. I was so sure it was going to end like that. I know enough scary stories to know being in an abandoned place with someone you just met is a terrible idea.
@mafiaseargent
@mafiaseargent Жыл бұрын
Thank you! Everyone is talking about the 2nd one but the 3rd one is the one that stands out to me. 1. For the reason you said. 2. Because the girl was jabbering on so loudly in a place like that. I had 2 ideas the first was that she was doing it to alert her cohorts to their location for the ambush, the second is she really is one of those oblivious people who genuinely believes that bad people don't exist in her vicinity at any time or that nothing bad could possibly happen to her. I mean, the place sounds like a haven for sketchy people to hang around at all hours of the day and night. I've seen enough urbex gone wrong type videos to know that most abandoned places still have inhabitants and they typically aren't very friendly.

Honestly, the person in the 3rd story is so lucky. My first thought when they heard the door open nearby was that this was a setup. That Francesca lured them to the abandoned hospital and the person who opened the door was her accomplice. The fact that nothing bad happened to this person is insane to me, all things considered.
@evanblake5252

I forgot about this briefly when watching, but do remember, he mentions at the very beginning of the story that he was still friends with Francesca, so any suspicion of her is just down to forgetting that. If he hadn't mentioned that though, I totally would've suspected her.

@evanblake5252
@evanblake5252 Жыл бұрын
@@cambed71 I get the idea here, but what you should keep in mind is, the dude could be armed, could be naturally strong or have some special fighting skills, and one of the two is a woman. Plus, a middle aged guy isn't necessarily weak, and they're not that old yet. A lot of people aren't gonna take the risk of fighting the dude and will opt for just bolting, which is more likely to result in success when the one trying to chase you is a middle aged dude.

Sadly, people with dementia and similar conditions rarely find a place they feel safe. Their hallucinations are in their mind so they just stay with them, no matter what the location is.
@gingereden546
@gingereden546 Жыл бұрын
@@froggy5748 its so odd how the nurse saw it too though... I try to force rational explanations for things that aren't rational. Ive still not told my husband I have seen the same thing he says follows him. I have never seen things that aren't there and am a very rational and scientific fact based person. It makes no sense, I just always figured he was schizophrenic (even though schizophrenia isn't developed in early childhood, and his "friend" first showed up then). I own a 1860s era house, but there was certainly nothing exciting happening in it until he moved in. Still, I intentionally ignore it and that seems to work. He did question the bruises on my back from where that man thing grabbed me (I cant see my back, so I didn't know marks were left). I said I didn't know. Thats easier than explaining it. To this day he still says a demon lives with him and talks to him all the time, but he loves him and doesn't want him to ever leave... so then, there's that. He has no other hallucinations either, just that one. My friend Erin encountered it too when we were renovating. That was amusing, shes a doctor, so she couldn't process it at all and ran outside. I was able to calm her down and told her she was just sleep deprived.

There such a difference between countries, or my area is just lucky. While I have never worked at a hospital I’ve been in them many times staying with my dad when he has been a patient. And even in the middle of the night when I leave the room both the corridors and the common room with the kitchen are lit up here and there with warm lights and seem quite relaxing if quiet. Now the big areas between the hospital wards feel more cold and desolate but the only really creepy areas is outside in the parking lot and the corridors beneath the hospital connecting the various buildings.

The second story was the scariest to me because the concept of a past abuser taking advantage of someone in a vulnerable position seems so realistic. Here's hoping that couple got a restraining order or something against her toxic ex if he really was planning on doing something harmful to her husband, but I wouldn't be surprised if he purposefully aimed to admit all this to her and then gaslight her so that he could get away with whatever he plans to do... 0_0

@@Kelvis.pov4 You underestimate just HOW far some stalkers will go. Maybe someone did tell him, or maybe he’s somehow tracking her. I had an ex just like that 14 years ago. Don’t just assume it’s “made up” because sadly, situations like this happen every day. I have lived it!

The second story resonates with me so much. My mom went into the hospital in January of this year. She had a stroke, or some kind of bleeding in the brain that could have been fatal had we waited a little longer. All I remember was waking up to my dad knocking on my bedroom door and telling me to get dressed, the ambulance is coming. Next thing I knew, there were the men in my house, whisking her off in the ambulance. She's fine now, thank God (you wouldn't even guess she had a stroke), but the whole year I've felt like any moment, any day, something bad could happen to her, perhaps even worse. It's one of those things that never leaves you.

I work in an aged care facility and I've heard from heaps of residents about the man in the corner or bathroom. The worst one was when a lady was talking to my friend and she was saying something about someone named Zoe (this was all on a night shift also) my friend asked who Zoe was and the lady looked over my mates shoulder and pointed saying "you should know, she's standing behind you". The other one is when the residents talk about "the children" and even our residents who seem quite with it have mentioned the children and have talked about hearing them in the hallways, seen them playing outside, seen them hiding in their rooms. This all seems to be down one hallway but there are two rooms down the end where I have had 5 different people scream out on the night shift wanting them to leave. Two asked who let the children in and why they were allowed in, one mentioned the children in the shed, one was terrified because and screamed at us to make them leave and the other one would not ever sleep in his room because there were "Too many people."

Bloody love these stories! God that second one!! I’ve often wondered when people who hallucinate, aren’t actually seeing things that *are* there because their illness has opened a window to another dimension. People with depression often see things like angels and devils….

I was thinking the same thing also. Kind of like when kids see spirits. Because they have their imagination opened. And when they get older it goes away. But then the elderly see it again. I feel their mind has entered another dimension that people who aren’t Ill think it’s not real but those with dementia (dimension) Alzheimer’s etc see things but we can’t.

I really hope you're making a crap ton of money running this KZfaq channel. You absolutely deserve it. You've remained consistent, producing quality content for so many years.. I really appreciate all the effort you put in. This channel, more than any other, has become a part of my life in a very special way. I know it may sound weird to say that about a channel like this, but the storytelling is always A+, and the consistency of quality content.. I'm just very grateful for people like you, willing to work and grind doing something like this. This channel is my version of those old radio stations people used to listen to back in the 40s, where they would tell stories or whatever. It's just that part of my day where I listen to interesting stories about whatever. Thank you for all that you do.

The first one really hits home I used to be a nurse in Kentucky hospital of Jackson and I remember we had this one patient (she was 86) that was constantly talking to herself and she would be terrified at night so they called me to take care of her. as a semi professional boxer my coach always told me hit first and ask questions later. So I was sleeping in her room in a chair next to her bed and she woke me up by screaming I remember hitting her with an uppercut , she slept the night away snored and didn't have any more problems, she didn't hear voices for a week I believe sometimes comas can be a blessing in disguise. I'm a nurse. It's hospitals at night that creep people out, I think. It's when the lights are dimmed, and there are fewer staff so there is a hush that falls over everything. We try not to make noise so that the patients can sleep, so we speak in a not so loud tone of voice, and we don't slam doors. Plus, horror stories and movies always have the action happening in hospitals on the night shift, so people are programmed to expect bad or scary things to happen. It's why I prefer day shift when everything is busy, and the time flies by. Plus, patients aren't pissed at you for taking their vitals in the middle of the day vs waking them up in the middle of the night. Sorry about that. Doctor's orders, and standard protocol to make sure you're safe. A person's VS can change, and they can start getting progressively worse very quickly.

This is a personal story. I decided to text my friend and see if he wanted to explore this old abandoned girls school. We ended up going at around 11:30-12 midnight (trying to avoid the cop they usually have patrolling earlier). We got there and started going into the buildings and man it was creepy as hell. The scariest part was when we got to the dorms which were about 6 stories tall. When we went in, the ceilings were relatively low and the corridors were tight. I had an uneasy feeling the whole time we were there. I had brought a pocket knife which gave me the smallest sense of security. When we got to the 5th floor we were walking around and just looking through old files and random crap that was still there. Then we entered this one room and my heart started racing. I saw a mattress with shoes and some baggage (like a squatter or something). All of sudden we heard a big thud on the floor above us. We fucking booked it down the narrow flights of steps so fast and dipped out of there. Turns out there junkies that were set up there. Idk about you but i don’t wanna find out what a junkie would’ve done if he/she saw us by their stuff.

My former fiance died of bacterial meningitis, there was no warning, he was here one day and hospitalised then in a coma and dead the next day. 37 years old. He didn't know what was happening or how bad it was, he never came out of the coma so there were no goodbyes until he was already brain dead. I don't know if the person in the second story fully appreciates how lucky they are. Seek emergency care if there's even a possibility you might have meningitis - early symptoms can be similar to the flu. My fiance started to hallucinate in the waiting room of the hospital, it's the last memory I have of him alive

I am so very sorry for your loss. My husband died at 39, in 2009, in a similar fashion, though not from meningitis. His heart stopped, he was brought back, remained in a coma, then died when I brought our seven year old son home at around 3 in the morning. I think he waited until we had left to die. I had to drive back to the hospital knowing I wasn't there when he had passed. As an RN, I understood, but as a wife, it has always been difficult to not have that final face to face I love you and goodbye. We just have to find our own way of making peace with it, don't we? I hope you have found that peace. I know it's especially tough during the holidays, even after all of these years. I don't know how long it's been for you. For me, it's been fourteen years, and I will still hear songs that make me break down and cry. That's ok. Never let anyone tell you that it's been long enough. People grieve differently, and grief can come back from time to time. Love never dies just because the person does. Thank you for taking the time to share your tragedy to help others. It may save a life.

1. I am an RN (since 1998), who is a dementia care specialist. Dementia patients have delusions and hallucinations sometimes. They can see shadows and hear voices because of the damage to their brain. This person says they were sleep deprived, and they were influenced by what the patient was saying. They freaked themselves out, and then freaked out a patient with dementia. Nice. /s 2. You had a fever, which causes hallucinations. Fever induced hallucinations aren't even remotely rare, in fact, they are fairly well known. The saying fever dream comes from that phenomenon. Delirium is a state of confusion and excitability. Generally, you wouldn't remember, but you do. If they remember the ex husband, then they remember the conversation. They should probably get a restraining order. 3. You're not afraid of getting robbed? It sounded like a set up to me. They got lucky. Why are the creepy people always forty - something? I would say the fact that the guy didn't try to hurt them means it was probably some homeless dude telling them to get down so they wouldn't hurt themselves. The scariest thing about hospitals are the bill.

when i was a kid , when my mother and father had night shifts , i used to go and be with my mother in her night shifts at her hospital .the room xray dept which was in ER was beneath the mental ward and most hospitals have a common central and side open space that extends to all floors .one such night she was working and i was sleeping in her bed. I had a huge clashing thud near the window which woke me up. It was a old hospital building and sometime things fall also the ER is always filled with noise and commotion. I brushed it aside and slept. Morning i saw police and other staff near the open space. Someone had jumped last night into the open space from the floor above me and died. The sound i heard was of his crashing in the floor . fortunately for me , when i woke up there was only blood and the body was carried away few mins ago.

Okay, that second story is actually scarier than the paranormal one. The idea of being bound in bed, so out of it you can't tell if you're asleep or awake and having someone who was abusive to you not only standing over you while you're in that vulnerable state, but having them tell you they want to end the life of someone in you family? HOLY crap!
