ingredients:
135 gr oats
100 gr raw almonds chopped
30 gr pumpkin seeds
30 gr sunflower seeds
25 gr unsweetened coconut
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
25 gr olive oil
60 gr tahini or nut butter of choice
90 gr maple syrup
