@@pierreseliteperformancein one of them it felt like my muscle was gonna dislocate when I started because I did it weird but I jumped like an extra 2 feet higher idk how to recreate it is it bad that I felt like that? I jump a lot for fun but that never happens I think I was unearned up maybe?

I’ve seen a lot of people on here. Use some crazy methods to jump higher, but this will definitely work coming from an ex jumper that was Dunkin in the eighth grade lost my Hope before and got them back lost them again and I’m heavy at the age of 43, so this is gonna be a challenge, but I will be back, and they’ll be calling me little Beasley again 😂 just with these three exercises thanx! 👍🏽

Always 3 sets and low reps you want to be explosive on each rep

Probably until you can't anymore/might hurt yourself if you do more(by falling or pulling something)

I do plyo’s a lot and usually 3 sets 4-6 reps The reason for low reps is after around 6 reps you lose the explosiveness you want Hope i helped 👍

Yes because you’re still strengthening each leg, especially the 2nd one because that’s a 2 foot plyo exercise
