I get lost in thoughts while studying again and again and then feel horrible about never getting what I need to get done! But imagine you could eliminate ALL level of distraction from your work and keep your mind single handed focused on your one task… not drifting anywhere.
These are three really effective rules that I frequently rely on during my own focused sessions day after day. I hope they're a fresh different perspective from the mainstream productivity stuff out there because this all comes directly from experience honestly :)

Your 2nd rule is what Neil Gaiman had said a long time ago (at this point, I think). He would either write or not, but he wouldn't be allowed to do anything else. The rationale is that not doing anything is a lot more boring than writing.

The post note is so helpful, I have adhd and I just recently discovered it. It helps me fall asleep faster, it helps me get back to studying or reading because my brain is extremely aware it's bad at remembering, so when something pops up in my head it tries to keep it there and these thoughts keep on coming and I try to remember everything... So if I have an idea or a question when I'm trying to fall asleep I don't try to just get in out of my head anymore, I grab my phone and write a note. No more stressing about forgetting about the thing. I do actually forget about it anyway, I forget I even made the note, my notes app is full of them, but it tricks my brain into letting go of it and relaxing Ohhhh the second advice is also really good. Guys, these are super adhd friendly, I didn't expect it from someone not talking specifically about adhd, usually regular advice is actually the opposite of what works for us, but this is pure gold. Thank you!

Brother can you make a video for people suffering from ADHD who can't focus
@abhaymishraaa
@abhaymishraaa Ай бұрын
My suggestion :- 1- focus on breathing do for 10 minutes 2- then do the fast breathing like wim hoff method 3- again focus on breathing 4- use 5 min rule that you will do only work for 5 min then you will get a flow

I hope that Andrew Tate reference has some sarcasm sprinkled in it. There are far better people to look up to for motivation whether that is fitness, financial, lifestyle.
